Tunisian Constituent Assembly election (2011)
On the Feminism and the Tunisian Revolution map as “Sidi Bouzid votes”
23–28 Oct 2011 — Ennahda wins 89 of the 217 seats nationwide in Tunisia’s first free election. Sidi Bouzid votes differently: a populist list led by a London-based businessman comes first there. The town riots after some of the list’s seats are annulled.
